ok.. time to update my xanga...  last weekand iw the most tiring experience i had at school. I finally know how painful it is to stay up all night for 2 days try ing to finish my Product Design 1 model. I promise myself not to do that again... During that 2 days, I feel my brain is constantly fighting against my body and force my body to work like a robot. Eat, work, eat, work, eat and more work is basically what i did for that two days. What a nightmare>_<

I have to thank Derek and Simon to stay up and help me to make my model possible. Without their help my model won't even be finished on time. Christine, thanks for being there and completed our models together. Btw i really like ur design on the tray. It looks awesome... Also, i have thank all the students that stay up during the weekand just like me at the fish bowl. With them around me sanding and bundling, at least i won't feel alone and depress that i'm the only student there trying to stay up and finish my final model.

With all the good friends that support me, my Product 1 presentation went pretty well on Monday... After that class ended, I went home and crash. I never woke up until 6:15 am the next morning.

Sorry, most people probably don't know what my project is. Ok here it is, the project topic for the class this term is camping equipment. Doing all the research from experiencing over night camping at Mt. Angeles to interviewing the camping experts. My inestructor cut down all the other camping product and assign me to focus on designing a better Coleman propane lantern. I have to say, this is the first class that shows me what product design is all about. I really enjoy to be part of it.

Well... since I have a couple months before Art Center starts the Spring semester, I decided to go back to Taiwan to visit my relatives.

Currently, I am in Japan right now with my cousin who works for design company. Hopefully I can learn new things and get new ideas after completing my visit. I've always wanted to go to Japan, so I am very excited on this trip. Will update more when I get back.

Please Christine, take care of ur body and get some rest.

Benita, I am glad you're feeling better and moving on in your life. The job at the spa sounds very interesting... must have lots of perks... too bad its so expensive... can't afford it =(...

Also I thank those that sent thier "congrats" on my Xanga when I posted I got accepted into Art Center... truly, thanking for showing support and care.

Yes, it's been almost half a year since I updated Xanga. A lot has happened since then!!! Right now I am just busy working on my portfolio... I hope to transfer to Art Center by the Spring semester. Steven and my anniversary is comming up... wow, four years. I can't believe it has been this long.

Nothing much going on these days. I just helped my aunt from Taiwan with this banquet she was invited to cook at. I ushered there... god it was tiring... from 1 PM to 10 PM. So tired. It was fun though, lots of good food!!! It was like a tourist promotion thing for Taiwan. Well... I guess I'll update in a couple more months.
